Job summary

Mellow Mushroom in Ocala, FL is seeking a Back of House team member who enjoys a fun, fast-paced kitchen and serving guests with passion. You will prepare and portion menu items, follow recipes, and stay aligned with food safety standards in a collaborative kitchen.

Responsibilities include mastering dough preparation and sauce/topping application, multi-tasking, working quickly, keeping areas clean, and supporting the team to deliver pizzas efficiently while maintaining quality and pace.
