Job summary

Mellow Mushroom in Ocala, FL is seeking a Prep Cook who can help the kitchen run smoothly and consistently, following standardized recipes and ensuring guests are served with quality. You will act as a key team member, preparing pizzas and items while interacting with staff and guests in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes safe food handling, accurate portioning, and collaboration with cooks and front-of-house staff to maintain a welcoming dining experience for guests in a busy pizza
