Job summary

Gridsight is seeking a Power Engineer to blend technical consulting with solution delivery for utility customers. You will guide the deployment and optimization of Gridsight’s platform, ensuring robust, compliant implementations and measurable value.

This role blends technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-growing GridTech startup. You will lead onboarding, drive platform adoption, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape future features while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of power systems engineering experience in utilities, energy tech or consulting.
• Experience with PowerFactory, CYME, PSS/E and cloud SaaS like AWS or Azure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house SME on power distribution systems.
• Develop and deliver training, workshops, and user guides for Gridsight platform.
• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for new utility customers.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to refine features and new functionalities.
• Represent Gridsight in industry events and customer webinars.
• Support RFIs and RFPs with technical input and value propositions.
