Job summary

1898 & Co. seeks a Grid Systems Consultant to support grid management system consulting for electric utilities. You will help modernize operations, improve reliability, and deploy ADMS/DERMS solutions including Power Flow, State Estimation, FLISR, and VVO.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, gather requirements, develop roadmaps, and manage workshops from strategy through deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the electric utility industry.
• Experience with OMS, DMS, ADMS, AMI, DER.
• Experience with ADMS apps (Power Flow, State Estimation, FLISR, VVO).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and implementation of SCADA, OMS, ADMS, and DERMS.
• Design, configure, and test ADMS applications such as Power Flow and FLISR.
• Build and validate distribution network models for advanced applications.
• Assist with workshops, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Provide operational support post-deployment and user training.
