Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a friendly greeter to welcome guests, assist in lobbies, direct traffic, and share information about property amenities. This role requires hospitality and strong customer service, with weekend and holiday availability. You will build rapport with guests and maintain a can-do attitude during busy days.

Base pay is $21 per hour, with paid training and uniforms. Growth opportunities, Pay Active wage access, 401(k) with match, and transit benefits are available where

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
• Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
