Qualifications

• Native or fluent Greek required (written and spoken).
• Proficient English in a multinational environment.
• Experience in Customer Support Services or client-facing roles.
• EU passport or the right to work in the EU.
• Strong problem-solving and composure in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service as a Solutions Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Greek-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve complex inquiries by phone, email, and chat with high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to provide value-driven support.
• Document interactions in CRM systems for clear and actionable data.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to streamline communication processes for Greek-speaking customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and organizational efficiency.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality assurance and resolution time targets.
