Job summary

Ajax Systems is seeking a regional sales specialist for Greece to drive adoption of its security and automation devices. You will conduct technical seminars, demonstrations, and webinars for distributors and installers, present product roadmaps, and train partners to increase knowledge and sales capabilities.

The role requires 2+ years in security, strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, end-to-end sales experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the security industry or a similar field.
• Sales experience in the Greece region.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and fire alarm).
• Proven track record across the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry executives.
• Conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product for customers and colleagues.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
• Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers to increase product knowledge.
• Promote and introduce product solutions based on customer needs and technical consultation; support key clients.
• Conduct market research and analyze comparative product characteristics relative to competitors.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners of the company.
• Test product features, write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
