Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC and Program Management efforts from pre-construction through warranty. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relations on multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering and 7+ years of PM experience in construction, with strong MS Office and project management software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience in construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution of one or more projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Manage client relationships and interface for proposals and project items.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders; manage risk reviews.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and health plans and analyze project performance.
