Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for one or multiple projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost development, and performance objectives.
• Manage client relationships and interface with clients for proposals and project items.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders; support risk reviews and documentation turnover.
