Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in the Midwest region seeks a Construction Regional Global Practice Manager to lead strategic growth across Construction Global Practice markets. You will drive profitability, build a high-performing team and ensure safety, quality and client satisfaction across projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business or related field required.
Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting experience in construction or project management preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Represent and lead the Midwest Region Construction Practice.
Identify key target clients and organize a focused sales approach.
Recruit, hire, develop and retain outstanding employee-owners.
Manage a multidisciplinary team delivering Construction, EPC, and Program Management services.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules and project controls.
Lead proposal development and contract negotiations for projects.
