Burns & McDonnell in the Midwest region seeks a Construction Regional Global Practice Manager to lead strategic growth across Construction Global Practice markets. You will drive profitability, build a high-performing team and ensure safety, quality and client satisfaction across projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting experience in construction or project management preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Represent and lead the Midwest Region Construction Practice.
• Identify key target clients and organize a focused sales approach.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain outstanding employee-owners.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team delivering Construction, EPC, and Program Management services.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules and project controls.
• Lead proposal development and contract negotiations for projects.
