Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Platform Software Engineer to build robust backend services, APIs, and data layers powering Risk Cloud. You will design stable solutions, ship high-impact features, and own responsibility for your domain in a growing enterprise cloud.

You will work with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and modern data stores; collaborate with product, QA, and frontend teams in an Agile environment; and contribute to architecture reviews, API design, and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of backend, platform, or systems engineering experience.
• Strong JVM language experience (Java/Kotlin) with Spring Boot.
• Production-grade REST APIs with stable contracts and versioning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend features and REST APIs for the Risk Cloud platform.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Debug production workloads and own service area end-to-end.
• Document API contracts, data models, and Confluence runbooks.
