Workiva Inc. is seeking a Product Success Manager - GRC to drive product adoption and growth across our SaaS platform.

You will work with customers to enhance experience and build reference accounts, collaborating with internal teams to monitor satisfaction, deliver programs, and deploy governance, risk, and compliance solutions. In this Growth Team role, you’ll define success metrics for GRC solutions, enable CS teams, and partner with leadership to influence product direction.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Management, or Professional Services within a software organization, preferably SaaS.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance programs, with solution implementation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer accounts and collaborate across internal teams to address platform needs and technical troubleshooting.
• Analyze customer renewal likelihood and help manage risks to mitigate churn.
• Interpret customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to improve them.
• Define new product insights and metrics that drive organizational decisions.
• Represent Customer Success within Product Development to ensure new features add customer value.
• Scale emerging solutions and challenge current operating methods to improve customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership to drive decisions impacting the product and customer experience.
• Align with global teams to ensure best-in-class product success processes.
• Enable Customer Success teams to deliver meaningful value to customers.
• Enable customers and internal teams on the benefits of new product releases.
