Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution of a critical GRC portfolio. You will partner with engineering, design, and business leaders to drive 0→1 initiatives and enable successful GTM execution across Sales and Marketing.

You will translate customer insights into scalable product solutions, lead data-informed reviews, mentor teams, and influence platform-wide strategy in a complex enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.
Experience bringing a product from concept through public launch and GTM execution.
Experience defining and driving product vision within Agile delivery environments across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-product roadmap across complex platforms.
Lead regular data-informed product reviews and refine long-term strategic plans.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Product Marketing to align feasibility, UX, and GTM.
Translate vision into story maps, roadmaps, and clear feature specs.
