Job summary

Mitratech is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager, GRC to shape positioning, messaging, and GTM for the GRC portfolio. You’ll own launches, competitive intel, and sales enablement while collaborating with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Marketing.

A hands-on marketer with data/AI flair will thrive in this role. The role supports remote work from Canada, aligning with US/EU teams for global execution and enabling AI-driven marketing

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in product marketing, B2B technology, SaaS, risk, compliance, or a related field.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, or Customer teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products and concepts for different audiences.
• Experience creating marketing and sales enablement materials for B2B audiences.
• Comfortable conducting market and competitive research and turning findings into practical insights and assets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve research, content creation, analysis, or marketing workflows.
• Experience in GRC, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, legal technology, or enterprise SaaS is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Launch & GTM Execution: Support go-to-market activities for new products, capabilities, and feature releases.
• Translate product updates into launch messaging, sales materials, presentations, and other customer-facing assets.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Sales to support launch execution.
• Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives by developing messaging and materials that help customers understand the value of additional products and capabilities.
• Help ensure product positioning is consistently represented across relevant marketing and sales channels.
