Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to define market strategy for HR Solutions and drive adoption across Mitratech’s portfolio. You will craft messaging, conduct market research, and partner with product management, sales, and engineering to articulate value and differentiation.

This highly cross-functional role develops go-to-market plans, pricing, promotions, and content such as briefs, case studies, and blogs; enables the sales team with training and collateral; and

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS marketing (HR tech is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional project and time management skills; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis: identify target audiences and analyze the competitive landscape.
• Product Positioning and Messaging: develop compelling positioning and value propositions.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: create launches, pricing, promotions, and distribution plans.
• Product Launches: plan and execute launches with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Content Creation: produce briefs, presentations, case studies, and blog posts.
• Sales Enablement: provide tools and collateral for the sales team.
• Customer Insights: gather feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: align with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success.
