Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, GRC, to own the core craft of product marketing for the GRC portfolio—positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, win/loss, launch execution, and sales enablement. The role reports to the Director, PMM GRC and emphasizes AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve outcomes.

Remote work is allowed 100% in the US, with a preference for Eastern Time Zone overlap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology; GRC, risk, or compliance industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of competitive intelligence and/or win/loss programs.
• Strong data fluency with metrics and reporting that tie marketing to pipeline, win rate, and retention.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build workflows or agents that remove manual work.

Responsibilities

• Position product, solution, and platform messaging for the GRC portfolio.
• Translate roadmap updates into buyer-ready messaging across personas.
• Maintain persona/segmentation framework for GRC targeting and deal strategy.
• Lead AI-powered competitive intelligence and build battlecards for sales enablement.
• Own win/loss program and drive GTM enhancements from findings.
• Design AI-assisted workflows to remove manual competitive monitoring tasks.
• Execute GTM for new products and feature releases with cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop buyer guides, ROI frameworks, and deal-support assets.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Analyst Relations, and Field/Demand Gen to align messaging and content.
