Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is seeking a Night Auditor to operate the front desk during the night shift and assist guests with inquiries in Medora, North Dakota. You will manage night reports, maintain hotel policy knowledge, and promote events and services to guests.

This full-time seasonal role requires overnight availability, reliability, and strong guest-service skills. You will work with the Lodging Manager and ensure a professional, courteous environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must provide exceptional service to all guests.
• Ability to troubleshoot and create solutions when needed.
• Must be able to work the overnight shift.
• Ability to work without being supervised.
• Must have good judgment when talking to guests.
• Must have excellent computer/typing skills for quick service.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk during the night shift.
• Assist guests with inquiries during the night.
• Handle guest issues as they arise during night hours.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, room rates, discounts, and events.
