Responsibilities

• Safety and sanitation compliance in prep/kitchen areas.
• Maintain sanitizer testing every 2-4 hours.
• Open and close prep area and kitchen checklists.
• Prepare foods using meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items with various equipment.
• Follow recipe cards, portion sizes, cooking methods, and plate presentation.
• Keep workstation and walk-in clean and stocked.
• Portion food for cook lines using scales and equipment.
• Ensure line stations are stocked for smooth service.
• Record AM/PM temperature logs.
• Cook foods to correct temperatures and holding methods.
• Deliver meals within specified times.
• Present dishes with proper garnish.
• Work 1-3 cook stations on the line.
