Nacho Daddy is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our Commissary to ensure smooth kitchen operations while maintaining health and safety guidelines.

The role requires the ability to lead and train staff, manage inventory, and coordinate catering events when needed. A current ServSafe certification and Food Handlers Card are mandatory, with at least 3 years of management experience in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be BI-LINGUAL and have reliable transportation.
• Must have current Food Handlers Safety Card and ServSafe certification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing kitchen procedures.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and receiving.
• Schedule employees, manage documentation and paperwork.
• Assist with hiring and firing of staff.
• Ensure temperature logs are accurate daily.
