Responsibilities include cleaning, delivering food, assisting with setup and cleanup, stock management, and helping with To-Go orders. Candidates should be 18+, with safety cards, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a current Food Handler’s Safety Card and TAM Card.
• Preferred: 1-year experience in food service or hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry and focus on exceptional guest service.
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
• Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and converse comfortably with guests in English. Accurate math/cash handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by quickly and efficiently cleaning tables and carrying dishes to the kitchen for washing.
• Provide excellent service when delivering food to each guest and getting additional items quickly and efficiently.
• Engage in conversation with guests about their needs when delivering food or manicuring tables.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance of the service station, expo line, and bar staff.
• Clean and reset tables; take care of all plateware and tools utilized.
• Empty bus tubs and perform pre-bussing, bussing, and filing of ice.
• Retrieve order from kitchen and ensure accuracy before delivery to guest.
• Wash dishes and bar glasses, change kegs, and stock liquor, beer bottles, glasses, side plates, and napkins.
• Constantly clean chairs, booths, and floor as needed.
• Ensure sanitizer buckets are in accordance with health standards and changed every 2–4 hours.
• Clean surfaces with a sanitized towel in accordance with SNHD and company policy.
• Assist in To-Go and Delivery order packaging.
• Open and close the dining room and expo line properly.
• Properly clean, mop, deck, scrub floors and walls.
• Execute the flaming fajita SOP properly.
• Show willingness to help servers as requested.
