Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams, collaborating with radiologists and care teams to ensure high-quality imaging. The role requires ARRT MR or ARMRIT credentials, BLS, and MRI safety expertise.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification required or ARMRIT equivalent.
• Cross-training in MRI with ARRT(R) considered.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams on patients using MRI equipment.
• Work with radiologists and physicians to ensure quality imaging results.
• Follow MRI safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Review images for quality, clarity, and accuracy within department protocols.
• Instruct and assist students and other MRI techs on protocols and positioning.
