Job summary

Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 7 on/7 off graveyard shift. You will perform diagnostic MRI exams, ensure patient safety, and work closely with radiologists to deliver high‑quality imaging.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT MR or ARMRIT (or cross‑trained ARRT R in MRI) with BLS and IV competency within 30 days. Sign‑on bonus up to $7,500 and relocation assistance may apply.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR, ARMRIT, or ARRT(R) cross-trained in MRI.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT or modality competency for MRI.
• Prepares patients, verifies identities, follows department protocols.
• Performs MRI exams with quality image review and safety adherence.
• Educates patients, addresses concerns, and ensures comfort.
• Provides instruction to students and other MRI staff on protocols.
• Keeps accurate records and follows coding and QC procedures.
