The position is a grave-shift, full-time role requiring strong leadership, detailed scheduling, and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three years of leadership experience in a guest service or hospitality setting, preferably in a casino.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Slot department operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop schedules that meet business needs and service standards.
• Monitor cash operations and ensure compliance with controls.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and resolve issues.
• Train and mentor team members; foster a professional work environment.
• Maintain security and accountability for keys, radios, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to attendance, gaming regulations, and policies.
• Read and follow the WarHorse Responsible Gambling Plan.
