Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment seeks a dynamic Community Outreach & Enrollment Sales Director to act as the front‑line General Manager for local growth and participant acquisition. You will lead a field team, drive grassroots enrollment, and own the end‑to‑end enrollment cycle in a hands‑on, high‑touch environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in direct‑to‑consumer outreach, builds pipelines from scratch, and reports to leadership with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Recent Direct Sales Management experience with frontline teams (3–5+ years)
• Proven success in high‑touch, direct‑to‑consumer sales and enrollment
• Grassroots demand generation and community outreach experience
• Willingness to lead in the field and drive daily team execution
• Familiarity with CRM dashboards and pipeline metrics (Salesforce)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience in business, healthcare, or related field

Responsibilities

• Act as site General Manager for outreach and intake operations, coaching frontline staff
• Lead grassroots campaigns to generate proprietary consumer leads in community centers and local events
• Oversee end‑to‑end consumer journey from inquiry to enrollment and onboarding
• Manage CRM dashboards, track metrics, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Foster an accountability‑driven, ethical consumer advocacy and service culture
