Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a Community Outreach & Enrollment Sales Director to act as the front‑line General Manager of our local growth and participant acquisition engine. You will lead a field team responsible for grassroots lead generation, in‑home consultations, and community‑based enrollment.

The role requires active leadership in direct‑to‑consumer outreach, building pipelines from scratch, and owning census growth with ethical consumer advocacy.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years direct sales management experience leading frontline staff.
• Proven B2C sales success in high‑touch environments.
• Grassroots prospecting and community outreach track record.
• Hands‑on general manager mindset with field leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site General Manager for outreach and intake, coaching frontline Enrollment Specialists, Outreach Coordinators, and field staff.
• Conduct field rides and coaching to ensure enrollment targets are met.
• Build and execute grassroots campaigns to generate local consumer leads.
• Oversee end‑to‑end enrollment journey and optimize intake workflows.
• Manage CRM dashboards and census forecasts with Salesforce.
