Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a Community Outreach & Enrollment Sales Director (General Manager) to lead our frontline team, drive local growth, and build grassroots pipelines. You will oversee in-home consultations, community engagement, and enrollment conversions with an empathetic, hands-on leadership style.

You will guide field staff, manage CRM dashboards (Salesforce), ensure regulatory adherence, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to secure sustainable census growth.

Qualifications

• Recent direct sales management experience: 3–5+ years leading frontline sales/enrollment staff.
• Proven success in high-touch B2C sales or local B2SMB development.
• Track record building grassroots demand from scratch.
• Hands-on GM mindset: field-ready leadership and execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead frontline Enrollment Specialists, Outreach Coordinators, and field staff as site General Manager.
• Build grassroots campaigns to generate proprietary consumer leads in community settings.
• Oversee end-to-end consumer journey from inquiry to enrollment and optimize intake workflows.
• Manage CRM dashboards and track enrollment metrics for local growth.
