• Proven B2C sales success with high-touch, local outreach and enrollment.
• Grassroots prospecting track record building pipelines from scratch.
• Hands-on General Manager mindset with field leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as site General Manager for outreach and intake operations, coaching frontline staff.
• Oversee end-to-end consumer journey from inquiry to enrollment, optimizing workflows.
• Lead grassroots campaigns in community centers, places of worship, and local events.
• Manage CRM dashboards and metrics to forecast census and support cross-functional teams.
