Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment seeks a Community Outreach & Enrollment Sales Director to act as the frontline General Manager of our Fresno growth engine. You will lead a field team, oversee grassroots lead generation, in-home consultations, and community-based enrollment with end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of direct sales management experience.
• Proven success in high-touch, direct-to-consumer sales and enrollment.
• Ability to build grassroots demand from scratch.
• Hands-on GM mindset with field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field team of Enrollment Specialists, Outreach Coordinators, and field staff.
• Coach and oversee weekly 1-on-1s to hit enrollment targets.
• Build local grassroots campaigns at community centers, houses of worship, and events.
• Oversee the end-to-end enrollment journey from inquiry to enrollment.
• Manage CRM metrics and census forecasts with leadership.
