Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking an energetic Community Outreach & Enrollment Sales Director (General Manager) in Beverly Hills to lead a field team driving grassroots lead generation, in‑home consultations, and enrollment growth. You will own end‑to‑end family engagement from inquiry to enrollment while maintaining compliance and a high‑empathy culture.

Qualifications

• Recent Direct Sales Management Experience: Minimum of 3-5+ years directly managing, hiring, and evaluating frontline sales or enrollment personnel (managing quota‑carrying field staff, coordinators, or specialists)
• Proven B2C / Consumer Sales Success: Demonstrated background in high‑touch, direct‑to‑consumer sales, enrollment, or localized B2SMB business development—not purely enterprise B2B
• Grassroots Prospecting Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build grassroots demand from the ground up rather than relying solely on inbound digital marketing or pre‑set corporate leads
• Hands‑On General Manager Mindset: Ready to jump into the field, handle complex family consultations when needed, and lead daily team execution

Responsibilities

• Act as the site General Manager for outreach and intake operations, directly managing a team of frontline Enrollment Specialists, Outreach Coordinators, and field staff
• Conduct regular field rides, observe direct‑to‑consumer consultations, and provide weekly 1‑on‑1 coaching to ensure enrollment targets are met
• Foster an accountability‑driven, high‑empathy sales culture focused on ethical consumer advocacy and service excellence
• Build and execute localized grassroots field campaigns to generate proprietary consumer leads within community centers and local venues
• Oversee end‑to‑end consumer journey from inquiry to final enrollment and ensure compliant, smooth onboarding
