Job summary

Lawn Pride, Inc. in Alabama is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to turn leads into loyal customers for Lawn Pride locations. You’ll handle inquiries, conduct outbound campaigns, and document all interactions in the CRM.

This role emphasizes strong communication, a High school diploma or GED, and prior customer service or office experience. We offer a $400 weekly base with uncapped commissions and paid travel options, plus training to help you succeed.

As an Inside Sales Representative on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include:

• Handling leads to contact for all Lawn Pride locations.
• Outbound campaigns for upselling services.
• Handles customer concerns if needed.
• Manage all emails/call logs daily.
• Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: Office experience preferred
• Customer Service experience required
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required, we provide TRAINING!
• Bring your work ethic and gain stability.
• $400/Weekly Base with Uncapped Commission Bonuses and paid travel options
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10am – 7pm.
• Must Have Reliable Transportation
