Job summary

Weed Man in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Outdoor Marketing Representative to walk neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and connect them with our sales team.

NO SELLING REQUIRED. You’ll offer free, no-obligation lawn care quotes, canvass areas, and work toward daily and weekly goals in a full-time, outdoors role.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (shifts to 10:00 AM–6:00 PM with Daylight Savings), occasional Saturday make-up days. Base pay $18/hour with uncapped commissions, possible >$25/hour.

Your job is simple: get outside, meet people, and connect homeowners with our sales team.

You’ll be canvassing local neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, and offering FREE, NO-OBLIGATION lawn care quotes. You’re not selling a service—you’re simply creating opportunities for homeowners to learn how we can help their lawn.

GET PAID FOR YOUR EFFORT!

• $18/hour guaranteed base pay
• Commissions can take you above $20/hour
• Earn up to $25+/hour when you exceed targets
• UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS — the more you accomplish, the more you can earn!

FULL-TIME SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday
11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Will transition to 10:00 AM-6:00 PM with Daylight Savings
Occasional Saturday make-up days may be required due to weather.
