Lawn Doctor Inc. is seeking a motivated Lawn Care Sales Representative to join our growing team in Little Rock, AR.

You will directly engage homeowners, assess lawn health needs, and propose customized treatment plans including fertilization, weed control, aeration, and outdoor pest solutions. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Ability to build rapport and close sales through relationship-based selling.
• Basic computer and CRM software skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers.
• Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services.
• Educate homeowners on fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, mosquito control, and other treatment options.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on customer needs and property improvement.
• Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Generate referrals and identify opportunities to grow territory revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
