Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing last-mile delivery partner network in Grantsville, MD. This role focuses on recruiting local businesses, building community ties, and guiding partners through the application process.

The position involves field travel within the Grantsville area, remote work elements, and a base salary plus uncapped commissions. You will manage relationships, use Salesforce for pipeline tracking, and contribute to program growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Outside or field sales experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and travel throughout the territory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit local businesses within the assigned territory.
• Present and promote the delivery partner program.
• Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application process.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Support local recruiting events and community outreach initiatives.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce, local organizations, and referral partners.
• Manage follow-up activities and provide excellent customer service throughout the onboarding process.
