Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring a Field Business Development Representative to recruit local small businesses for a new delivery partner program in Medford, OR. The role is highly field-based with travel within a two-hour radius and uncapped bonuses tied to partner conversions.

You will work with a Field Manager, manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, and support events and referrals while operating from home for follow-up tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or customer service.
• Demonstrated outside/field sales experience in a face-to-face environment.
• CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective small businesses door to door within ~2 hours driving distance to introduce the delivery partner program.
• Present and pitch the program to business owners and decision makers and generate interest in applying.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them step by step through the application process.
• Lead and manage prospect activity in a CRM, maintaining a pipeline in Salesforce.
