Job summary

Aston Carter seeks a Sales & Recruiting Representative in Anchorage, AK. This field-based role blends outside sales, recruiting, and community outreach to grow a local delivery partner network, with uncapped commissions tied to results.

You will build partnerships with local businesses, manage leads in Salesforce, and support recruiting events, traveling within the market and reporting progress to drive growth in the Anchorage market.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience.
• CRM experience required; Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a goal-driven environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and technology platforms.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage local businesses through face-to-face outreach and community networking.
• Present the delivery partner opportunity and generate interest among business owners.
• Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application process.
• Manage leads, pipeline activity, and reporting within Salesforce.
• Support local recruiting events, workshops, and community meetings.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce, business groups, and referral sources.
• Deliver exceptional service by answering questions and assisting partners through onboarding.
• Travel throughout the assigned market to meet with prospects and attend events.
