Job summary

• Ability to handle confidential information and federal compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Admin Prep Academy module schedule and faculty assignments across the rolling monthly calendar.
• Oversee participant support services, including ESL/LEP wrap-around services and required accommodations.
• Maintain eligibility documentation and compliance files for E2G-eligible firms.
• Support participant data collection, follow-ups, and data quality monitoring.
• Serve as the Program Manager’s designee to ensure continuity of operations during absences and events.
• Assist with quarterly performance reporting, partner coordination, and recordkeeping per 2 CFR Part 200.
• Participate in program and college events, meetings, and professional development.
• Uphold a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for participants, partners, and colleagues.
