Job summary

Fletcher Technical Community College is seeking a detail-oriented E2G Program Coordinator to support the America Empower to Grow initiative. This full-time, grant-funded role reports to the E2G Program Manager and focuses on seamless operations, accurate records, and excellent participant experiences.

You will manage scheduling, intake, data entry, audits, and reporting while upholding compliance with 2 CFR Part 200.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Administrative or clerical experience in education, grant-funded programs, or workforce development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and comply with federal recordkeeping requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day program operations including scheduling and intake processing.

  • Process purchase requisitions, procurement requests, and supporting documentation.

  • Support partner and participant communications and outreach.

What You’ll Do:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or related post-secondary coursework.
