Job summary

The Manager II, Grants & Institutional Giving at Goodwill of Colorado leads the organization's grants program, shaping strategy, managing a diverse funder portfolio, and driving revenue growth.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Development, you will supervise the Grant Writer, oversee proposal development and budgets, and ensure compliance across the grant lifecycle for foundation, corporate, and government funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or education and equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in grant development, institutional fundraising, or grants management.
• Experience managing full grant lifecycle and securing six-figure awards.
• Experience supervising staff, consultants, or interns.
• Proficiency with grant prospecting tools, donor databases, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's grants strategy and establish revenue goals.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of foundation, corporate, and government funders.
• Oversee proposal development, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across grants.
• Lead post-award administration and ensure timely narratives and financial reports.
• Supervise the Grant Writer and improve processes and templates.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to align funder opportunities.
