Job summary

Clifford Beers Community Care Center is seeking a Grant Reporting Manager to oversee all restricted funding tracking, reporting and compliance. This role partners with program teams, leads budget development, monitors burn rates, and ensures allowable costs align with funder requirements.

The successful candidate will prepare funder reports, maintain audit-ready records, and support grant proposals with robust financial components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of grant accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Experience with federal, state, and private grant compliance.
• Nonprofit fund accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain grant budgets in collaboration with program leadership.
• Monitor grant expenditures, burn rates, and budget variances.
• Ensure expenses are allowable and properly allocated per funder rules.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to funders in a timely manner.
• Maintain audit-ready grant documentation and support audits.
• Manage grant drawdowns, reimbursements, and invoicing processes.
