Job summary

Native Forward Scholars Fund is seeking a Grant Manager who will ensure quality grants management, compliance with donor regulations, and clear internal/external communications related to grants. The role supports donor relations and ensures timely, accurate reporting and budgeting across portfolios.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree plus four years in grant compliance/administration, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and office software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus four (4) years experience in grant compliance and/or administration, reporting, and donor relations.
• Knowledge of American Indian history, culture and tribes.
• Proficiency with office technology and information systems (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to Native Forward Scholars Fund policies, guidance, and procedures.
• Support overview and maintenance of all grants, donor requirements, rules and regulations, and internal and external deadlines.
• Support the development of donor reports, as well as ensuring donor compliance and quality control.
• Contribute to the development and revision of funding proposals, budgets, and donor reports.
• Coordinate close out of grants in respective portfolio.
