Our mission is to provide integrated services addressing mental, physical, and social determinants in order to improve health, resiliency and quality of life for children, families and communities.PURPOSE:The Grant Reporting Manager is responsible for the financial tracking, reporting, and compliance of all restricted funding sources at CBCCC. This role ensures that grant expenditures are accurately recorded, aligned with approved budgets, and compliant with federal, state, and private funder requirements.Reporting to the Controller, this position serves as the primary liaison between finance and program teams on all grant-related financial matters. The role owns the grant reporting lifecycle, including budget development support, expense monitoring, funder reporting, and audit preparation.This is a non-supervisory role with responsibility for managing processes and ensuring compliance across multiple grants.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:Grant Financial ManagementDevelop and maintain grant budgets in collaboration with program leadershipMonitor grant expenditures, burn rates, and budget variancesEnsure expenses are allowable, properly allocated, and compliant with funding requirementsTrack restricted funds and maintain accurate grant-level financial recordsReporting & CompliancePrepare and submit financial reports to funders in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure compliance with federal, state, and private grant regulationsMaintain complete and audit-ready grant documentationSupport grant-related audits and monitoring reviewsBilling & Revenue (if applicable)Manage grant drawdowns, reimbursements, and invoicing processesTrack receivables and ensure timely collection of grant fundsCollaboration & SupportPartner with program managers to ensure alignment between program activity and grant budgetsProvide guidance to staff on allowable costs and grant compliance requirementsSupport development of financial components of grant proposalsOtherIdentify opportunities to improve grant tracking and reporting processesPerform other related duties as assignedTRAVELThis role may require travel throughout the State of ConnecticutENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONSIndoors, environmentally controlled office settingClose physical proximity to coworkersCOMPETENCIESMust demonstrate the following competencies:Diversity and Inclusion:Foster an environment in which all members of the CBCCC community, from staff to partners and clients, are treated equitably and are able to contribute fully and meaningfully to the mission of CBCCC.
