Job summary

PBS Foundation is seeking a Sr. Associate, Grants in Arlington, VA to support grant administration, tracking, and reporting. You will assist in drafting reports, LOIs, and correspondence with funders, while coordinating with finance and BI teams. Strong organizational skills and nonprofit experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of non-profit work experience.
• Experience with fundraising foundations or public media is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. Director in administering active grants and restricted giving.
• Track grant terms, deliverables, and input data; coordinate meetings.
• Maintain files and database records for proposals and grants.
• Prepare materials including analysis, research, or informational decks.
• Draft grant reports and LOIs; assist with financial reports and analysis.
• Provide administrative support to PBS Foundation operations.
