Job summary

Prosper Portland seeks a Grants & Programs Coordinator to plan, coordinate, implement and support the Development team's projects and community development grants that foster wealth creation and equitable prosperity in Portland. The role partners with the grant team to process applications, manage agreements and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in project coordination, economic development, community development, public administration, urban planning, or related field.
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree may substitute for up to one year of experience.
• Knowledge of grant administration and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement and support Development team projects and community development grants.
• Manage grant agreements from inception through close-out and ensure compliance and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and grant project manager on grant administration and communications.
• Provide service and technical support to businesses, non-profits, and external stakeholders/clients.
• Assist with communications for projects, including website, video content, social media and marketing.
