Plymouth Housing is seeking a Senior Grants and Contracts Administrator to manage government grants totaling about $30M annually. The role ensures compliance, financial integrity, and coordination across Finance, Programs, and Quality teams to support our mission to end homelessness.

Based in Seattle, WA, this full-time hybrid position offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 403(b). The ideal candidate has 5+ years nonprofit grant experience and strong knowledge of grant

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit, public sector, or social services environments.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in grant management, including compliance and reporting.
• Experience with government grants strongly preferred; grant writing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Permanent Supportive Housing or similar programs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Lead grant application and renewal processes across departments for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage a large portfolio of government grants, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Develop and maintain grant agreements and MOUs with program staff.
• Coordinate audits and monitoring visits with documentation and corrective action plans.
• Conduct subrecipient monitoring and compliance reviews for appropriate fund use.
• Oversee grant reporting, including narrative work, data accuracy, and timing.
• Create and maintain grant tracking in Prophix, Agiloft, Zoom Grants, etc.
• Review and approve grant invoices for compliance and funding alignment.
• Track grant expenditures and support financial monitoring and analysis.
• Provide oversight to the Grants Specialist and assist in policy development.
• Collaborate across departments to meet grant requirements and program success.
• Serve as backup for key grants and finance functions to ensure continuity.
