Job summary

CarePortal is seeking an Advancement Project Manager to drive operational execution across Grants & Foundations, Government Partnerships, and other revenue initiatives. You will translate priorities into clear project plans, coordinate inputs from subject‑matter experts, and balance multiple deadlines with clarity and accountability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, nonprofit work, fundraising support, or related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience using project management or collaboration tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Advancement Project & Workflow Management: manage cross‑functional advancement projects from initiation to completion with scope, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proposal, Reporting, & Deadline Management: manage proposals, reports, contracts, compliance, renewals, and funder deliverables; maintain timelines and cross‑functional follow‑through.
• Visibility & Proactive Planning: maintain a centralized calendar; identify upcoming needs and sequence work; engage contributors early to avoid urgent work.
• Reporting, Research, & Communication: support development of reports and updates; adapt tone and context to audience while ensuring accuracy.
