Job summary

McDonough District Hospital Foundation seeks a Grants & Programming Manager to coordinate and monitor major grant-funded programs, including Rural Health Transformation and HRSA grants. You will work with hospital leadership, Finance, and external partners to ensure objectives, budgets, timelines, and compliance are met.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of grant coordination or program management experience, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, business administration, project management, finance, data analytics, community health, public administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of grant coordination or program management experience required.
• Experience with federal grants, HRSA, CMS, or similar funding programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, monitor, and support major grant-funded and strategic programs.
• Lead two major federal funding initiatives including RHT and HRSA grants.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, Finance, and external partners to ensure objectives, budgets, timelines, and compliance.
• Manage multiple complex projects from concept through closeout, including reporting and performance measures.
