Job summary

The Grants Administration team at Cumberland County, PA is seeking a dedicated professional to administer a county-wide grant program. You will identify grant opportunities, guide staff through applications, and monitor outcomes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal rules.

You will build relationships across departments, coordinate with finance and HR, provide training on grant processes, and develop tools to track terms, reporting, and post-award requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, human services, or related field required.
• Or equivalent training, education, and/or experience.
• Three (3) years progressively responsible working experience in related field; experience should include project or program management.
• Or equivalent training, education, and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a county grant program with a routine process to seek out opportunities.
• Foster county-wide relationships to create a network of grant managers/monitors.
• Coordinate with departments to define timelines, eligible expenses, and reporting requirements.
• Provide regular training on grant applications, acceptance, and compliance requirements.
• Create and maintain processes to monitor grant terms and conditions.
