Job summary

US Lawns in Cumberland County, PA is seeking a Grants Administrator to manage a county-wide grant program, develop staff capability to apply for and monitor grants, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and supervises no direct staff.

Starting salary is $38.34/hour ($74,763 annually), negotiable based on experience and education. The position runs 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with 75 hours per 2-week pay period.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and administering grant programs.
• Ability to train staff on grant application and reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal grant rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a county grant program with a consistent application and post-award process.
• Foster county-wide relationships to support grant writing and monitoring.
• Coordinate with CJAB Coordinator to assist grant applications and related offices.
• Ensure compliance and reporting tools for grant management.
• Create interdisciplinary task forces for project planning and budgeting.
