Washington County Community College is seeking a Grant & Program Manager to lead grant research, writing, management and compliance. The role includes serving as the primary grant contact and supporting institutional research with grant data for planning and reporting.

The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with some evening/weekend work possible. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in grant writing and administration.
• Strong budgeting, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Research grant opportunities and make recommendations to college leadership.
• Write and manage grants; ensure compliance with federal, state, and other requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for grant-related activities.
• Support institutional research with grant data for planning and decision-making.
• Interpret policies, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
