Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience required for Grants Manager A; NIH and federal grant familiarity recommended.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and Business Objects; strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Uniform Guidance and sponsor policies; ability to manage budgets and pre/post-award activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-award activities for a diverse sponsor portfolio.
• Monitor and review sponsored project expenditures and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate proposal development, budget development, and Pre-Award submissions with Principal Investigators.
• Establish study budgets, payroll allocations, and effort reporting; ensure compliance with sponsor requirements.
